All The Way From Cambodia...

Hey Everybody!

Betsy came all the way from Cambodia to see me! She's great! We had a lot of fun together today. She picked me up and we hugged and smiled at each other and talked. She even seemed to like it when I was tugging on her hair, but I'm not so sure about that one.

Betsy's daughter Charity came too, but she only had to drive across town. Still, it was a lot of fun meeting her too.

Unfortunately, Betsy is going back to Cambodia. I'll miss her. I hope she comes back soon!

I Gave It My All

Hey Everybody!

I played in my Jumperoo and played and played. I played so long and so hard that I had to sleep. So right then and there, I took a nap, no foolin'.

Playin' with 'Lambchop'

Hey Everybody,

Today has been pretty relaxed. I've been hanging out in my swing chewing on "Lambchop" and one of my books. I'm working on bringing out a second tooth. Wish me luck!

Grandma Marian is here!

Hey Everybody!

Grandma Marian is staying with us for a couple days. Mama thinks Grandma is in town because it was Mama's birthday yesterday. But really, Grandma is here to see me. (Shhhhh. Don't tell Mama!)

Grandma and I had fun today! We talked and cuddled and played and played and played. She gave me a bath too. It was fun splashing the water and stuff. Then I got tired and went to sleep.

A great day!

Mama's Birthday

Hey Everybody!

Mama Daddy and I went out to dinner last night to celebrate Mama's Birthday!

We went to a great Mexican restaurant called "El Gitano". I've never been there, but Mama and Daddy seem to know the place real well and say the food is always great and so is the service. The server smiled at me! I, of course, smiled back. It was all very nice!

Tonight, Mama, Daddy, Grandma Marian and I all went out to dinner at Johnny Carino's Italian Restaurant. Everything was really good there too, but sadly we didn't get a picture.

Happy Birthday Mama!! I love you!

Happy 40th Anniversary Apollo 11

Hey Everybody!!

I'm gonna be a pilot when I grow up! I'll fly planes, maybe helicopters, and I like the Space Shuttle. It flies out in outer-space. That's neat!

Daddy tells me that today is the 40th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Mission by NASA that put Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin on the Moon. Why the poor man Michael Collins had to stay in the ship I don't understand. Maybe he was bad. The poor guy didn't even have a TV.

I like to fly and drive. The Moon or Mars sounds like it would be fun to visit. We should go! In about 20 years, I'll be ready to drive!

Wow!! You're Not Gonna Believe This!

Hey Everybody,

You're not gonna believe this, but you know that great box I mentioned this afternoon... (read my last Blog) It got better! A whole lot better! It had stuff inside! Really good stuff too! Did you know that boxes can have stuff inside? I sure didn't, but I do now!

My box had a great sweater with a doggie on it and a hat with a doggie on it, 2 pair of cool socks (one with a doggie on it, the other with doggie foot prints), a pair of shoes, and a fantastic pair of jeans. Wow!

Thank you Joel and Julie! I love all this great stuff that you gave me! Mama says that it will all fit great in the Winter time when its cold. I'll be the best dressed kid on the block!!

Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to meeting you both real soon!

Daddy says to say "Bon Voyage" and he hopes that you have a great trip aboard Sinbad.

I've Got Mail

Hey Everybody!

A box arrived at the house for me today! Mr. FedEx rang the doorbell and left my box behind for me! Daddy and I opened the door, saw my box and I smiled for Mr. FedEx. He waved and smiled back.

I like my box very much! It is bright white with purple and orange writing on it! It has my name on it too!

I've been playing with my cool FedEx box for a while now and I like it very much.

Play hard, but play nice!

Lets Go For A Walk

Hey Everybody!

We're all set to go out for a walk! Daddy adjusted some stuff for my stroller for somethin' new! He made it so I can sit in my stroller without being in my car seat!

Until now, I never really got to see where we were going... I was always facing backwards with my car seat. Now, I can face either direction!! I can see whats comin' and thats cool. Ever since I figured out how to grab stuff, I like doing it! It is easier when you can see the stuff coming.

Oh yeah... Jester says that when I go out for a walk, he should go along to so he can protect me. Mainly, I think he just wants to go bye bye but I'm good with that 'cause its fun to watch him run!

See ya on the road!

Fine Literature

Hey Everybody,
I'm new to this reading stuff, but Mama and Daddy say it's important. I'm not sure about it 'cause I really don't even know my "A B C ' s" yet, but I'm gonna try!

If you're gonna read, I'd suggest sticking with fine literature like my favorite "Winnie the Pooh" and others like "Dr. Suess" and anything to do with "MickeyMouse".

Anyway, play hard and read fine literature. Its fun and you'll be smarter for it!

Then and Now...

Hey Everybody,

Back when I was a little baby, you know a lifetime ago back in February, Daddy took a picture of me in my bouncy chair. I was a cute and cuddly little guy that couldn't hardly do nothin' other than look very cute. I was and still am good at looking cute.

Today, Mama and Daddy set up the same photo shoot with me in my bouncy chair. Then he did some computer stuff to set them up side by side.

Wow!! I've grown!!! Boy, have I grown!!!! I'm bigger and stronger and can roll from my back to my belly and I can hold my own head up and I smile a lot.

Enjoy "Then & Now"...

Baby's Got A New Swing!

Hey Everybody!

My awesome Fisher Price Smart Stages 3 in 1 Rocker Swing that I use more than anything else in the whole world was wearing out and making some funny noises... It was very sad, but the noises were getting loud enough that they would sometimes wake me up...

Mama, Daddy and I all thought that stinks, so Mama and Daddy fixed it for me!! They couldn't repair my swing, but they went out and found one just like it. We also got to go to Bellingham, 'cause thats where my new swing was. The colors are kinda different, but it is still the same Fisher Price Smart Stages 3 in 1 Rocker Swing that I love so much! It makes the same cool music too!

My friends the Lion, the Giraffe, and the Elephant were watching me play! We had a good time.

Happy Birthday America!!!

Hey Everybody!

It's the 4th of July! Mama says that the 4th of July is an important day 'cause it is America's Birthday. America is 228 years old..... Today.

For America's birthday, everybody seems to want to make a lot of noise. I've been hearing more bangs, pops, and other wierd noises than I can remember ever hearing before!

I didn't really care about it until it was time to go to sleep. When it was time to sleep, the noises kept waking me up. I didn't like that one bit.

Daddy says that in a few years I'm gonna like these 'fireworks' things that make all the noise. Daddy says "We're Guys... and Guys like to watch stuff blow up."

Anyway, Happy Birthday America!! Enjoy the video of me and my train!!!

Hey Everybody!

Hey Everybody!

I haven't posted a BLOG in over a week. Wow, time flies when you're having fun! I've been doing lots of excersizing/training this week. I can now roll over from my back to my belly all by my self. No foolin!

When I first decided to roll from my back to my belly, it was real hard to do. It took all of my concentration and some hard grunting to do it. Now when I want to roll over onto my belly, I just decide do it and 'poof' I'm on my belly!

When I'm on my belly, sometimes I kick a lot. I just know that I can make myself go forward! I've made myself move forward by a body length before, a couple of times... I think I can do better than that, but I need to figure out how to do that some more. Any ideas? Its tricky!

See ya!
